Acknowledgment of House Rules

Upon entering the terra sports branch, the customer expressly acknowledges the house rules. Violation of the house and usage regulations may result in exclusion from using this branch. The obligation to pay the agreed-upon fees remains in effect.

Liability

The operator assumes no liability towards members and visitors of the branch for theft, as well as property, personal, and financial damages of any kind. Liability due to intent or gross negligence remains unaffected. In general, every stay and action in the branch is at one’s own risk.

Code of Conduct

We explicitly emphasize polite manners in our branches. This applies not only to our staff but also to our members. During the stay, care should be taken not to disturb other members through one’s own behavior. Violation can result in immediate termination of membership without prior warning.

Changing Rooms and Storage of Clothing and Valuables

Liability for the loss or damage of brought items or clothing is not generally assumed.

Operation of Technical Devices

Please leave the operation of all technical facilities, such as music and TV systems, to our staff.

No Smoking

There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire area inside the branch.

Animals

Please understand that bringing animals of any kind into the branch is only possible after consultation with the branch manager.

Instructions from Staff

All employees of terra sports exercise the rights of the landlord towards members and visitors. The instructions and guidelines of our staff, as well as any written notices in the center, must be strictly followed.
